Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I believe I was speaking to the manager and she was disrespectful on top of telling me she could be giving me better service but because she assumes that I am giving an attitude. She is going to keep things right where they are. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Ordered food to go, and instead of giving me my food when it was done, the employees put it on the hot rack. They only realized their mistake when I brought up that I didn’t have my food that I ordered 25 minutes prior.Very frustrating experience watching employees stand and walk around instead of giving me my food.
