So I usually do not do reviews, but I ordered a pizza from the app got the two pizzas and some twists. I did the curbside they were late (so since they were late to bring my pizza, I’m supposed to get a free pizza on my next order or 20% off my choice )and then when I spoke to the person who brought my pizza to me when I asked him about it he said I have no clue what you’re talking about. I’m not familiar with that. Got on the phone. The lady who picked up didn’t know what I was talking about either. I asked for a manager and at first manager didn’t even come to the phone. She sent the same lady back to tell me that I can come in and get a free drink or 20% off. so I said no thank you I don’t want to dollar drink. I would like to speak to the manager finally the manager gets back on the phone and says the app says the company will send you an email automatically for a free pizza or 20% off OK that’s fine no problem. I left it at that then on my way home. I open the pizza to give my son a piece and doesn’t have no pepperoni on it. I ordered a pepperoni pineapple and jalapeño thin crust, pizza and no pineapple I called back. The manager did come on the phone the first time around when I asked for her this time and she is remaking the pizza into a large but her attitude, and the way she speaks to people is very very degrading like and that’s ridiculous, I don’t think I’m ever coming back to this location

Worst dominos in south sac order online said 20 to 31 mins I here 50mins later just now baking it said wait 10 more mins plus no cool go to on gerber road allways on time great service

They tell when place the order that the order will be ready in 20 minutes, you get to the store and they make you wait for another 30 minutes. Attitude is bad and poor customer service.

Brother, do not come here. This place is garbage. Est wait time was 20min. The lied on the 2 minute carside delivery, and when I went inside to ask about it, they told me they had to remake a pizza, I waited a whole hour just to get some mediocre pizza. Shame on me. The whole time I waited in store was some oaf yawning so loud you can hear him outside, not paying attention and most likely why I had to wait even longer. There was plenty of staff.

Placed my order online at 6:57 pm. Started to drive home from the opposite way and hoped to beat the pizza delivery person as I was a good 45 min from home. I get home and see the app only says the order is being prepped. No problem, so then I shower and get my kid showered up and ready to relax for the rest of the evening, and I see the app hasn’t updated one bit. It’s 8:01 at this point, so I decide to call in and check on my order. First call in, the phone rang and rang and rang until finally someone answered and immediately placed the call on hold. I hung up and gave it a minute and called again, this time a woman answered and asked if I was wanting to call for delivery or pick up. I informed her I placed an order online at 6:57 and wanted to see what the status of my order was. She informed that I should’ve been told that the order was going to take an hour and a half after placing the order. I then told her the app said no such thing and wasn’t updating. She said the order was being delievered around 7:34-7:45. I then interrupted and informed it was already 8:15 at that point. She went silent and said, oh yeah that’s right, I’ll enable the notifications on the app for you and you can see the status of your order then.. and she then hung up. As I’m writing this, I finally got the notification that the “order is in the oven”.. geez, I’m hoping my order doesn’t arrive cold, but I’m not holding my breath about that.

The delivery service driver was very responsive and respectful to the order and of my family property, I really enjoyed the pizza. It was fresh and hot ready to eat. My driver was very professional and had a great smile great job guys. I would definitely love some more dominos in the near future.

Service is absolutely horrible this is the second time I've ordered a delivery and had to wait three plus hours then get in my car and drive to the location and pick it up without a delivery fee refund. I really wish I knew who the owner of this location was because I would give him a piece of my mind service customer service and prep times are absolutely horrible never have I ever waited almost 4 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Food was cold and disgusting I ordered 4 items. Never again

Definitivamente muy mal servicio y que mal rato pase .. La chica que esta aqui es muy grosera . Primero yo queria encargar algo y preguntava por los precios y si no tenin alguna promoción y ella muy grosera me dice " Te dije que no la tenemos " y Despues mi hijo estaba pagando y la muchach en vez de desirle eperame tantito dejame contar el dinero ..no le grita que no tome la pizza .. Dios mio si no le gusta trabajar ahi que no lo haga ..

My chicken order literally had bites taken out of it. I order frequently and haven't dealt with anything like this other than long wait times on the weekends. One of their employees is literally eating customers' food.
