I went here because I had an interview which was booked a week earlier. When I arrived early for my interview I was told that the hiring manager it was her day off? Who does that? Who schedules and interview with somebody on their day off? I was told to fill out a piece of paper. I left my resume and was told that the manager would get back to me. Guess what? She never did. Can't say much about the place other than the employees that were working were very polite. The manager on the other hand sneeze to find me a different job

I placed the order online, showed up 12 minutes later than the estimated time of 30 minutes. I get there and they still haven’t started making my order which was small. They stated another 15-20 minutes. I had them cancel the order. Being a single parent with small children, waiting over an hour for a medium pizza that is mediocre at best is outrageous. Many better pizza places in the area without much more cost. Don’t waste your time or trust their estimated times. They will get to it when they get to it is definitely the vibe.

Not the greatest neighborhood but they've stepped up their game. The pizza is good & totally affordable. And the staff is always friendly.

This location should be shut down. They don't care about the customers. They mess up on orders and don't like to take accountability for it, when you call them they tell you that you have to wait for them to help other customers, they put you on hold for a very long time, the manager does not come to the phone, and they hang up on you when you tell them about the order that you received. Once had a girl tell me she could not remake my order u til her manager returned to the store. After she took my money. Customer service is lousy. Food is dry af. Unfortunately, I had to give them a star rating. I do not think that they deserve that star rating.

Store full of Gentleman that evening. Not only was my pizza and Parmesan breads done, hot and delicious....but my vehicle over heated and they made sure I was able to get it back on the road for dinner

Had a wonderful experience. Great pizza, great customer service. Person who helped me was named Serena and she did a fantastic job in helping me with my order and the pizza came out perfect.

I have ordered from here multiple times. The last three times the order has taken over an hour FROM THE TIME IT LEFT THE STORE. I called the store and once she made contact with the driver, said he is pulling up and hung up on me. I asked for the GM information from the driver and was told they don’t have one??? I know that’s a lie.

Some of the worst customer service ive seen. Came into here twice and I thought the first time was a bad day… but no its just bad management. Disorganized, unempathetic & dont prioritize the customers. Their public bathroom is now an employee only bathroom
