Ordered delivery and never got my order. Called the store multiple times to try to get a hold of someone. Someone put me on hold for 20 MINUTES. Still waiting and the gentleman who answered on 09/06 at 9:00 pm did not come back to the line. Weirdly, the phone started ringing again. So over it! Do NOT order delivery service with this store.

We had such a great experience here! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful from start to finish. We ordered online with some specific requests — a gluten-free crust, no cheese, red sauce, ham, and pineapple. The pizza came out amazing! At first, there was a mix-up and it was made with cheese, but the staff immediately apologized and quickly remade it exactly how we needed. The gluten-free crust was delicious, and everything tasted fresh. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Last week we ordered pizza and unfortunately the General Manager thought it was professional to just walk out and leave people hanging, our pizza was burnt and late, HOWEVER, when I called as Hailey apologized and gave us a credit on my account to replace the pizza. I got to talk with Joann, she was professional and very helpful…our replacement pizzas were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and perfect, thank you Joann for being a great manager, and thank you Hailey for your great customer service.

I've been ordering from this store for a very long time. Lately my orders always have a mistake. I was given somebody else's order and promised a call back from the manager. I never heard from anyone. They do not care! People are giving you their money, make it right!!!

this one was good for so long. now its shit. they can get to me withing a hour im 5 mins away and they cant be polite. wont refund orders! they are stacking deliver orders by 5. so when the food get to you its cold. i went down there last night to talk to some one and for 5 mins no one was there.

I ordered online. I drove down there to pickup order. After arriving I found out that they had not even started to cook my order. I canceled the order. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! This is the second time this has happened to me. The food is not even that good (when you can get it)! If you are hungry, just go somewhere else - anywhere else.

I went here because I had an interview which was booked a week earlier. When I arrived early for my interview I was told that the hiring manager it was her day off? Who does that? Who schedules and interview with somebody on their day off? I was told to fill out a piece of paper. I left my resume and was told that the manager would get back to me. Guess what? She never did. Can't say much about the place other than the employees that were working were very polite. The manager on the other hand sneeze to find me a different job

I placed the order online, showed up 12 minutes later than the estimated time of 30 minutes. I get there and they still haven’t started making my order which was small. They stated another 15-20 minutes. I had them cancel the order. Being a single parent with small children, waiting over an hour for a medium pizza that is mediocre at best is outrageous. Many better pizza places in the area without much more cost. Don’t waste your time or trust their estimated times. They will get to it when they get to it is definitely the vibe.
