My coffee was burnt there was also a mess all over the counter (like a coffee machine exploded) it was coffee grounds all over and the rag she whipped my drink with it was extremely dirty from coffee I get that accidents happen but get your teammates to help you I feel bad it’s like one or two people carrying the whole team Honestly I’ve never had a Dutch taste like this and never been to a Dutch bros that was this disorganized

Everything Is good, drinks are right and prepared in timely manner. In the afternoon, in the morning its very slow and you're looking at a wait time of anywhere from 10-30 minutes for your drinks. Otherwise they do good and prepare your drink correctly

Staff is unfortunately slow due to management not training properly. Management needs to replaced not the employees not there fault. 30 minute wait for 2 simple coffees. This why I make my own coffee.

I love this location. The service is always great and my Aftershock hits every time.
It took 20mi utes to get my drinks. There was Only 2 cars in front of me and then a car who pulled in after me was allowed to order before me. Slowest dutch bros I've been too and they can't take order in the order that vehicles arrived. Don't go here if you only have a 30min lunch you will spend your whole lunch in line.

I don't know why I keep coming back to this Dutch Brothers they have messed up my drink multiple time this time the time little smart ass black girl had the nerve to say don't come back to that one and why did we pull off if the drinks were not right It was 104 degrees outside we were trying not hold up the line.!
