It took 20mi utes to get my drinks. There was Only 2 cars in front of me and then a car who pulled in after me was allowed to order before me. Slowest dutch bros I've been too and they can't take order in the order that vehicles arrived. Don't go here if you only have a 30min lunch you will spend your whole lunch in line.

I don't know why I keep coming back to this Dutch Brothers they have messed up my drink multiple time this time the time little smart ass black girl had the nerve to say don't come back to that one and why did we pull off if the drinks were not right It was 104 degrees outside we were trying not hold up the line.! I came here to order a drink, I specifically told the girl taking orders that I don’t want a rebel just a regular lemonade and she proceeded to give me a rebel..

Went to go get my coffee that I get every day from this store that doesn’t have a walk up window and 2 dudes were waiting for there order which is cool but get out of the way of other cars who want to order too! They moved just enough for me to NOT be able to order so I said “if he doesn’t move I’ll probably hit him” and not in a threatening way at all! And instead of just moving he starts badmouthing me and calling me out of my name idgaf if they just ordered! What am I not allowed to order until THEY get there stuff? That’s not how air works! When the line is long they send someone outside right?! There was no line so there should’ve been no problem taking my order! That was bullshit and I’m probably going to have to find a different Dutch bros now cuz that was ridiculous! ITS A DRIVE THRU ONLY STORE!!

This location is probably the SLOWEST Dutch in all of Sacramento. Both lines don’t move, the location itself is horrible off a busy road.
I am probably biased... being from Oregon and having gone to Grants Pass Dutch locations... BUT This was the most UN-Dutch experience I have ever had! The coffee was not what I'm used to. The atmosphere... I am used to the vibe being upbeat and feeling the Dutch Luv from awesome Broistas who are excited and happy to see you... this felt like I was in line and at the window at McDonald's, and their coffee is better than the location I visited... Super sad!

They decided to give my child that ordered a lemonade with boba a completely different drink, but they decided to give her an energy drink instead. Horrible attention to detail here that will get you and your family sick.
