One of my favorite places to go. I didn’t give 5 stars only because last time I was there not only the lady give me an order wasn’t mine but she on top of that give me an attitude for a mistake of her. I ordered with the app ahead and she gets upset and give me attitude for their mistake is a big No No. Before that it was my turn to tell them my order in the drive tru and even tho the girls saw me get there after the first car she went to the last car that arrived 2 cars behind me. Removing that the service here is great most of the workers are actually nice and they do like their job. Only this 2 new girls were not professional and not polite.

I went in at 9:30 am. Got 4 drinks, forgot to ask for my stickers. Came right back, ask for them, and the girl that helped me before, helped me again. I told her what had happened and with an attitude, she said, we're out of stickers. Its not about the stickers, it's how she reacted plus she had just seen me like 5 min before.

I had such a great experience here, was just passing through and stopped for coffee at 7pm. The vibes were vibin' R&B was slappin' and the worker outside was groovin'. Let's just say they put me in a great mood, very polite and laid back. The workers inside were attentive and seemed to be having a great time. Overall great experience!

My regular triple or quad shot over ice with honey & whip always gets messed up at this location. One they need to work on reading the order back & two if they are not sure ASK !!! They either forget the honey or it’s not enough. & lastly if I ask for a large cup I would like whatever I’m getting in a large cup. It’s giving I didn’t get the honey & right amount of whip because 4 shots are being squeezed in a small cup🙃

Outside of the team members smoking on the curbs/by their cars. The atmosphere was just as you would expect from dutch. Music, groups of friends and people around. However, I received my order which was supposed to be a Large and a Medium drink. After waiting in the long line, a worker ended up bringing the order out to the car, which is typical of dutch workers when the line is long. However I received my large drink that happened to be a 1/4 of the way empty. After looking at my drink confused i received my drink and continued in the line. At the window, I then asked the worker for a medium cup, which she gave to me and was actually pretty polite about it. After leaving, I decided to pour my large drink into the medium cup to see how much more a large was from a medium. And well what do you know. No difference…
Definitely one of the best locations in Sacramento. I showed up almost an hour late to pick up my order after driving an hour in traffic due to car accidents, construction etc. and they were still accommodating and even remade my drink so it was cold and fresh. Thanks Dutch Bros crew, keep up the great work.

I drove here after waiting at target for a very long time; was happy to get there 10 mins before closing (It’s says at 11pm) and the line was already cut off. Only four cars in line , and a short black employees who so nastily told me it was closed . If you’re going to close early change your hours of operation to include that . Don’t have people wasting time thinking we can still get our shit . Definitely won’t be coming here and will go back to Arden . The Arden (on Howe) Dutch Would Never !!!

I normally love coming to Dutch. The person that was taking my order was so sweet but when I get to the front there was just one small mistake made which my drink wasn’t extra thick and I had let her know with the girl with the reddish hair and she just turned around and didn’t say anything and when she told her coworkers to make it extra thick one of the time said “no”. Joking or not they should always be careful on how things can be interpreted. 1 bad experience can ruin a perception on a place. I would’ve liked for her to just to say “oh I’m sorry , I’ll get that fixed” but there was just no communication
