Today my husband and I decided to go to the drive thru. Our service name on the receipt was Regina A oriental young lady. There were about 5 cars in drive thru and she took our order in a timely manner and did repeat herself. We were asking about the griller box which is popular and she said mix. She seem overwhelmed cause she was doing multiple things. Regina you are awesome and thank you
Went in for lunch with my family after church cause we wanted grilled chicken and salad. It was pretty busy with only seeing 4 employees. We was greeted when we arrive seems like she was manager cause she was dropping chicken and told us we will be right with you in a moment. Thanks for your patience. El Pollo Loco is a great chicken place with good portions and flavors. The salad with cream sauce dressing is a favorite. The Sacramento location is highly recommended, with excellent food and customer service. However, a recent visit to the Delta Shores location left a bad impression due to a sewage smell and a disappointing experience with the large side of beans, mostly filled with bean liquid.
