Since when does your pollo bowl combo not come with tortillas. I asked to order them the female employee said we're closing at 9. It was 8:30 and she walked away. The food was cold as well what a piece of garbage place!!!I want my money back!!!!

It's been a while, over 10 years since I last visited any El Pollo Loco. The reason I had stopped visited was I felt the white meat chicken was dry. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the white meat was juicier and tender than I remembered. Also, the mexican rice was very good.
