The best Pollo Loco location I’ve been to in Sacramento area! All employees are customer focused plus the location is spotlessly clean and the employees are very friendly. I love this location and the experience was terrific thank you to the staff!
I always go through the drive thru and order the 8 piece mixed family meal at this location and take to family to eat in West Sac. The chicken and sides have been very good tasting every time and is probably one of the most healthy choices for takeout around anywhere. I mean..even my stomach is at ease after eating. Can anyone say that really about the other fast food places in the area? Plus the service is pretty good and quick. I still check my order to make be sure it's right...read full review

It's been a while, over 10 years since I last visited any El Pollo Loco. The reason I had stopped visited was I felt the white meat chicken was dry. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the white meat was juicier and tender than I remembered. Also, the mexican rice was very good.
