The food is always good at Pollo loco locations. I'm a little disappointed in the pollo bowl it had almost no chicken in it at all and it used to be very generous
The food is good it's just not a good value because prices have gone up

This review is specifically for Adolfo. He is quick, sharp, great in customer service. Definitely capable of multitasking. Bilingual which in California is always a plus. With his excellent and professional attitude I can see his career rising. You are doing great Adolfo!
