The amount and the assortments of toppings are perfect.The experience at El Pollo Loco (on Auburn Blvd.) is far better than Chick-fil-a and Chipotle - hands down.ALSO, when it comes to pay after ordering at the counter, you are not annoyed by the card reader asking for "tips" before receiving your food. . . What a amazing concept!!El Pollo Loco got it right and has my loyalty to go there again. Other "fast casual" eatery businesses can learn something from El Pollo Loco, especially in tipping manor.

My visit was very quick, but the two employees who served us were very friendly and the food was very delicious, the place was also very clean.
Overall it's a really good El Pollo Loco. They are open late and their food is fresh and hot. My last visits they didn't offer or give me any sauce plus they no longer offer the stuffed quesadillas.
