Poor quality food and the prices for food are higher when ordering online. Shawarma sandwich did not taste authentic (it had salad greens and made with a tortilla rather than pita or sajj). I am familiar with middle eastern food and this was just an American unauthentic spin on bad middle eastern food. I did not finish my sandwich. Cashier was not friendly. There was a weird vibe in the restaurant that did not feel hospitable with no other customers there.

I came here a few years ago and loved it, but when I came here this time, the food is horrible. Everything was not fresh, the garlic sauce was literally just mayonnaise, the customer service was not good. I love Sacramento, and I was obsessed with this restaurant when I first tried it, but now it is just trash…

The food is great and I got the shawarma Burrito Wrap which I had never heard of. They have alot of different types of food to choose from. The burrito wrap was/is something new that ive never had and I wouldn't say it's the best, but it's definitely worth a shot. I feel like a classic regular shawarma would slap harder. Would def come here again and grab a regular shawarma. 10/10 place, the prices are also really cheap (cheaper than other places).

As someone who has enjoyed authentic Middle Eastern cuisine my entire life, I was excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing.
Issues (where do I start!):
Misleading Menu: I ordered their "Combo Discovery!" which was presented as their signature dish. This made the poor quality even more disappointing.
Portion Size: The actual portion was about half of what was shown when I inquired about it. Extremely misleading.
Lack of Customization: They never asked what I wanted in my bowl. Instead, they added whatever they felt like, completely disregarding customer preference.
Quality of Food:
Falafel: Cold and dry
Chicken shawarma: Flavorless and not fresh
80% of the plate was plain rice
Value for Money: Overpriced for the quality and quantity received. I wouldn't pay even half the price knowing what I know now.
Authenticity: As someone familiar with genuine Middle Eastern cuisine, I found this food to be an insult to the legendary flavors of the region.
Service: Poor, with no attention to customer preferences.
Overall, this was my first and last visit to this establishment. The combination of bad portion sizes, lack of flavor, poor service, and high prices makes it impossible for me to recommend. It's particularly disappointing that their signature "Combo Discovery!" dish failed so thoroughly to showcase the best of their menu. It's a shame to see Middle Eastern cuisine so poorly represented.

Very good, tasty and service is great. My only wish is to have lavash bread in wraps as an option even if they charge more for it.

The guy behind the counter was rude, and not friendly at all. They have sign on the window for a special and won’t honor and wouldn’t explain why. The place dirty, does not have any utensils or napkins. The chicken Shawarma was awful. The chicken was dry.

I have been coming here since 2018 everytime I visit Sac from bayarea - this Shawerma is one of the few authentic ones, coupled with garlic sauce, it is true perfection.
No change to consistency, happy to keep coming here and inviting more folks to try this.

I have ordered here for dine in and they never asked me whether is for dine in or take out. They packed up my food and asked me to leave. I said it’s for dine in and it was 4:00 pm they have said they are closing. I have had my food in car with my child and i was out about 20 minutes eating my food in Parking lot they never closed. The old man in this place is very rude, disrespectful and racist.
I have noticed few times before too, he treats everyone differently. Bad people here.
Food and service was great. I had the falafel sandwich. It was exactly what I was looking for. Being vegan, there’s not a lot of options in the South Sacramento area so I really appreciated the option here!

Amazing foood!!! I tried their Arabian shawarma meal, it was awesomely delicious! The owner is a friendly guy. I would highly recommend them. The only thing I didn’t like was that their bathroom seemed to be closed and they didn’t have forks on counter. Other than that, it’s a great place to check out. I’ll be coming to try their other menu items out.?
