Walked in here, have never tried a Shwarma restaurant in my life.

Was blown away.

Very pleasant and calm little location, very friendly and warm people at the counter/cooking, and the food tasted amazing.

It's a few dollars more than similar items I get at say, many nearby Mexican Diners, but boy, do you get what you pay for.

I got the Beef Shwarma fries, they were piping hot, fries were properly thick enough and salted, and it was properly piled with veggies and sauces and meat.

Presentation and taste were worth above and beyond the asking price. I will 100% be making this my main go to.

This place is an absolute gem.

Plenty of yummy food options, I love their shawarma and their kunefa dessert (don't miss this one out). They have many vegetarian options (even though I'm not one). The owner is a nice gentleman, very welcoming and respectful.
I would come again and again.

i went here for an assignment for one of my classes and the staff were so great and understanding! they were 100% willing to help and were super kind. the food was also delicious. 10/10 willing be going again!

I was picking up an order and store employee or owner yelled and screamed at me for trying to to use the restroom. This is not how you should treat someone who comes to your business. Never coming back here!

I just had an amazing meal at Falafel & Shawarma Planet, and I can’t recommend this place enough! The falafel was perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor, while the shawarma—especially the meat—was juicy, well-seasoned, and had that rich, authentic taste that instantly reminded me of the incredible restaurants overseas.

I’ve seen some reviews saying that they make their shawarma and falafel in an “unauthentic” way, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! One of the best things about Middle Eastern cuisine is its rich diversity—there isn’t just one way to make a dish. Every region, every chef, and even every family has their own special touch, and that’s what makes our food so special. This restaurant brings its own unique twist to classic flavors, and it’s absolutely delicious!

Not only was the food fantastic, but the portions were generous, the prices were absolutely fair for the quality, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I saw some people claim otherwise, but that’s simply not true! The team here truly cares about their food and their customers, and it shows in every detail.

If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and well-crafted Middle Eastern food, this spot is a must-try!

Outstanding Food & Service!

Falafel and Shawarma Planet is absolutely amazing! I tried the chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, falafel, falafel sandwiches, hummus, and more—and everything was delicious. The flavors are authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure you have a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality Middle Eastern food!

Poor quality food and the prices for food are higher when ordering online. Shawarma sandwich did not taste authentic (it had salad greens and made with a tortilla rather than pita or sajj). I am familiar with middle eastern food and this was just an American unauthentic spin on bad middle eastern food. I did not finish my sandwich. Cashier was not friendly. There was a weird vibe in the restaurant that did not feel hospitable with no other customers there.

I came here a few years ago and loved it, but when I came here this time, the food is horrible. Everything was not fresh, the garlic sauce was literally just mayonnaise, the customer service was not good. I love Sacramento, and I was obsessed with this restaurant when I first tried it, but now it is just trash…
