My husband and I have been regulars for a couple of months now. We go in every Saturday morning. Usually the service is impeccable and the food is outstanding however, today was absolutely horrible. We sat and waited for someone to even ask if we wanted coffee for 20 minutes. Drank an entire cup of coffee and waited for anyone to come by. I had to stop someone walking by to ask for more coffee. I wasn’t a fan of flap jacks my breakfast was cold and my hash browns was way way to greasy and soggy the people served was nice though

FlapJacks Diner is a great hole in the wall with amazing breakfast options. The carrot pancakes are a must-try, and the bacon & eggs are pretty decent. The scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage are cooked to perfection. The Flapjacks are huge, filling, and oh so tasty. Despite the aged interior, the food makes up for it. The portions easily feed two people, and the prices are reasonable.
The layout is a bit weird, with seating in a separate room directly in the back and booths along the wall. Some tables face a TV, but they’re right in front of the kitchen. The service is friendly, and the food comes out quickly, though getting staff attention can take a while. The waffles come with hot fruit topping, but fresh strawberries are available. The mimosas taste great but are more like juice.
A popular spot where the energy is amazing, it's worth coming back whenever in town. The staff are kind and quick, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. It’s a fantastic place to dine in, with consistently good food and fair prices. A great spot for breakfast or even a business meeting.
