As a foodie, I am literally speechless! My lunch was FANTASTIC! I had the winter harvest bowl and it was huge, healthy and beautiful. I highly recommend you visit Flora & Fauna Provisions and support this lovely small business. I sat at the counter so I could work on my break and it was perfect.

Very nice place. We came for breakfast and immediately found this place very clean and pleasant. The service was quick and efficient and the food was good and healthy.

I can't tell you how exciting it is to have a food establishment in the building! (And a small business rather than commercial franchise.) The pork sandwich was juicy, crunchy, and paired well with a salad. I came back for the coffee. I'm a dairy milk fan but have to admit that the unique house syrups and milk alternatives hit the spot. ? Thanks for making basic food fun again!

One of the best breakfast sandwiches in downtown. Thick bacon done RIGHT! Service is quick and friendly. Cookies are made with quality ingredients- everything is! Small and quiet space away from the DOCO crowds.

I am disappointed to say the least. I have visited this restaurant frequently, simply because it is in the office building I work at. One of the staff members (female; not the owner) who works most week days was quite rude regarding bathroom access and was publicly humiliating to me. Stating I had to purchase something if I wanted the code. It was inappropriate as these are public restrooms, especially to those who rent an office space from Park Tower, which I had made clear that we do.

I have frequently purchased items leading up to the date this occurred to support the business. I will no longer support the business because human decency and courtesy should be a priority to the people and businesses I align with. This worker went out of her way to “prove a point” that was simply uncalled for and invalid.

To the worker - Not that I require special accommodations, but I am also very VISIBLY pregnant. Again, common courtesy could have gone a long way. Ego is not your amigo.

My partner and I came here for Star Wars Trivia Brunch. The food was fantastic and the trivia was really fun. We’re hoping to come back for their Disney Trivia!

Great new spot for a delicious meal...I had breakfast with thick bacon, perfectly seasoned potatoes, and eggs. (And side salad and in house made bread) She had lunch with a cup of soup and sandwich. Beautifully presented and really yummy. All with friendly service. We'll be back.

I've been going here for lunch for several weeks now, and every time I do, the experience has been better than the last. The food tastes incredible, especially the home-made chips, and the people there are extremely kind and welcoming. The Dill-icious Chicken sandwich is something everyone will be glad they ate.

Been here a couple of times in the morning - gotten iced coffees both times and breakfast once. The coffee is amazing - they use quality local roasters, and truly care about the product. The lattes look fun and unique - ube and s'mores. I have had the cold brew and s'more iced latte and enjoyed both. Also tried the pork breakfast burrito. Straight up quality. Wish they sold the hot sauce separately - SO GOOD. I normally am not really a fan of breakfast burritos (a coworker bought them for the office) and LOVED this one. Definitely recommend, especially if you need a treat downtown.

Delicious food, friendly great service. They have my absolutely favorite Iced Chai in Sacramento (chai, iced, oat milk, Cardi-B syrup). Finally a chai with some spice to it! They have many different syrups and jams/sides with different flavors than other places. The Chai with the ube syrup is also very good and different.The pork belly burrito is delicious (I recommend smothered), but their pastries/bakery items are divine. Their bagels are second to none, best texture in a bagel I've ever had! Their scones (when they have them) are also delicious. First tried them at an event they were catering. Only wish they were open on weekends, but with a small team and catering jobs, I bet that's impossible for them. Definitely a gem in Downtown!

The food is so special here. You can tell by the bursts of flavor. I come here to meet with friends but I have also brought family, everyone loves it. From the vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters in our group everyone agreed it’s amazing. I highly recommend the grain bowl! Oh and the creamy potato and leek soup.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options with protein and so so good.

Dietary restrictions: Great for vegetarians and they also have delicious vegan options.

Kid-friendliness: All the teenagers in our group lived their sandwiches.
