Forgotten Bakery in Sacramento offers the best bagels and amazing Chilean empanadas. The bagels are perfect, and the empanadas have a thin dough and flavorful filling. While some may find the prices high, the quality justifies the cost, especially for the rare Chilean empanadas not commonly sold in the US. The self-service kiosk can slow things down, leading to a bit of a wait, but the food is worth it. The Beef Pino empanada is highly recommended. Despite occasional lines, the friendly service and delicious offerings make it a worthwhile visit.
