Gondo Fusion is one of those places that really surprised me with how creative and flavorful it was. A Cuban-Mexican fusion concept, it manages to honor both cuisines while creating something completely new. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, and it was phenomenal - the bread was toasted perfectly, the pork was juicy and seasoned with care, and the pickles and mustard added just the right tang.
