We came over here after our bags and skis did not make the trip on our same airplane to Sacramento and the airline offered us to pick them up the next day, instead of having to wait another day of lost vacation. We made the reservation within minutes of arrival, and they were ready for us. The Bonvoy app works very well What the hotel lacks in modern amenities, the staff makes up for it handsomely.
