First timer and loved it! Super cool vibe. Great live music!!! Popular bands. The way it is set up, the stage is easily seen. Outside patio but they allow smoking out there.🫤 Also some seating out front. Nice staff all around. Small food selection.

Great venue for small concerts! I really like the small upstairs area and love to go see live music whenever I can. The employees do a great job of making sure everything is set up well and the bar is great!

I usually enjoy coming to shows/events at Harlows. I was disappointed by the way I was treated last night. My friend and I requested a refund for our tickets as we were unable to attend once we got there. At the door, we requested to see a manager and a worker told us we need to call. I had been trying to get in contact with Harlows and called multiple times over the past few days to which, they did not call back even when leaving a voicemail. I asked to see a manager in person and they told us “you can’t get a refund just because you don’t want to come in.” Very poor customer service.
