It was my first time here (I’m an out of towner) and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! The hookah flavors were good for the price and the rigs came with ice.

This place sucks. The customer service is terrible. My one star is because I can not write a review without a star. Hidriss has mental issues. He talks to the costumers like they don’t matter. If you want some good hookah with great customer service please go to Darna or oasis.

Very bad customer service and the reply of the person in charge is a good proof of that. . I admit it in front of you and here in google reviews that I did it accidentally and I dare you to prove that I was sitting carelessly my leg were crossed and the distance between the chair and the table is so tight and thats it . But maybe you don’t know what is a customer Service and you feel like 500$ is big amount so you would lose a customer Just to make it clear if I spent a million dollars that doesn’t give me the right to disrespect or anything else like that to people or to place but when i saw the previous reviews I knew that this bad experience I got from you is what I should expect and it’s not a surprise, I wish if read those reviews before I stepped a foot in this place. Tonight accidentally my hookah failed and charcoal burned a very small part of the couch and they charged me for 150$ and when I tried to discuss the issue they ran into me with a small note saying it’s a rule and I have to pay the fine I talked to the owner and she didn’t care am a returning customer so I paid the fine and left the place before even spending 1 hour I will never come back again

I have this daydream about opening my own space and it’s usually been about a bar, but walking into this place was like walking into that daydream, but better. I absolutely loved everything from the decorations to the music to the belly dancer to the tea.We had an awesome time celebrating our wedding anniversary with dinner and then coming here to hookah. You could tell there were some regulars and I really liked that.The tea was absolutely spectacular. We got jasmine green tea which is my favorite. It had actual jasmine flower in it and the tea was perfectly brewed. I read someone else’s review of the green tea having hints of cardamom so I’ll definitely need to try that next time. So happy we checked this place out!
