I recently visited Heat Shabu-Fair Oaks location, and I was blown away by the incredible food, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional service. If you’re a fan of shabu, this place is a must!

Food: The shabu was absolutely top-notch! The selection of meats was incredibly fresh and tender, with the marbled beef being a standout. The variety of broths to choose from was impressive, and each one packed a unique, flavorful punch. The veggies were also fresh, and the dipping sauces were delicious, enhancing the overall experience. Every bite felt like a burst of flavor, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients.

Atmosphere: The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel. The restaurant’s design strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The soft lighting and well-thought-out layout made it a great place to unwind.

I dream of this place after I eat there! Their broths are SO good! The service is friendly and timely. I LOVE going to this place! I would highly recommend the all you can eat option. It’s a great deal for delicious and quality food! Enjoy!

Parking: Can sometimes be hard to find parking when it gets busy in the little center but not too bad!

I have visited this place many times, but the food quality keeps decreasing. The last time I went, the cabbage was not fresh, and the meat tasted dry and felt like it had been sitting there for days. Not sure what happened but definitely not the same place I remembered.

We had an amazing dinner and experience at Heat. the staff and our server Kent were so nice and helpful! We felt like we were treated like family!

I loved the spicy miso broth! it was silky and a nice kick to it! The Wagyu beef was so juicy !

First hot pot experience and I told our server as much. He explained everything, highlighted subtle differences between menu items, let us know what was their most popular items and checked in on us religiously throughout our time there. The flavors and freshness of the protein and vegetables was perfect. The atmosphere was perfect for a family of five celebrating dad's 45th!

The Heat restaurant was excellent tonight. The broth was very flavorful, all the meats we tried were good. Excellent service. This was our first time going, and we tried it all. We will be back.

We've somehow become regulars here! Arriving for an early dinner on a weeknight guarantees an immediate table and quick service. Fri/Sat night usually has long wait.
