My wife and I walked into a lobby stinking of what smelled like stale urine. No one was there to greet or seat us. After waiting for more than 5 minutes to be greeted and seated without anyone coming to do so, we finally couldn't take the stench of urine anymore so just left and went down the street to Denny's, where we were immediately greeted, seated, and fed, all in a clean and welcoming environment.

Ordered the jalapeno kick burger w side onions rings, the burger was beery satisfying to taste, but the onion rings were alittle over cooked for me, Tried my brother's pancakes and they were very chalky to taste, I think they needed a little more on the wet in the mixing process, no TLC was put in to it we believe. Our server was very friendly but the service is super slow even when there's no costumers around, no one would come out to check on our wait time and the place is usually always almost empty. But the restaurant appearance was pretty descent. And the coffee is always good.

It's a terrible place. No one met the waiter at the entrance, instead of meeting him, she laughed and talked about abstract topics with other customers, she went to the table herself. And after that, no one came up, I sat for a few minutes, the waiters talked and laughed in the kitchen area. He got up and went to pick up the menu, after a few more minutes, the waiter just came up. It's a terrible place, I won't come here anymore!!!! At the time of the visits, only 5 tables were occupied.

If I could give a 0 star I would service was horrible food was not pleasant at all eggs was not cooked right the pancakes was falling apart and the price is crazy high, dishes that we eat was dirty. Manager didn’t do anything towards this issue she just ask if all was better !! Like that’s gonna help

Waited 20 min and didn’t help help this other table came In and they immediately help took there order and me nada. I had to get up and tell them I was there way longer and why they not helping me the service was terrible server was not helpful at all we had to ask her for our refill and yet she took super long to come bring it to us. We always go to Dennys and wanted to try something new. But Dennys it is :) better price and also better service the pot for got water was really dirty I show you. Nasty they don’t clean there stuff good I touch with my hand and it came right off
