The onions and peppers completely ruin the flavor of the beef and I have to remove them before eating the food.

Just an older IHOP. They need to pull down the window shades when it is too bright. Food was good.

Bizarre experience. Seemed like the manager was the only one, fairly busy, for a friday there was extremely limited staff. Food was okay, cold fries. Soda refills were almost non existent. By the time we finished, there was no staff around, waited 10 minutes for the bill.

Went with husband for Christmas breakfast and it was horrible. Got there at 1240 and didn't get food till 145. The only eggs you could have was scrambled. Ordered the quick easy breakfast. Toast hard as a rock. Probably sat the entire time waiting for eggs. Customers being told it was almost an hour wait for food and was still a line of Customers to be seated. They close at 3. Not sure why more people was being let in if they couldn't serve the people that had already ordered. Wasn't waitresses fault. Kitchen obviously didn't know what they were doing. Manager should have stepped in.

Very disappointed in the lukewarm pancakes The building looks like it should be condemned there's all over the ceiling you can see spots where it looks like there's mold and mildew food sits out after cooked on a non-heated area and comes to you lukewarm

Dietary restrictions: They have protein options with zero carbs.
Parking: Easy Peezy parking!
Kid-friendliness: Tons of Kid options on the menu they will love that!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility no problem.

The truth is that I am disappointed now they always served you quickly now we had to wait more than an hour for them to bring you the drinks and the food an hour looking at each other I like to take photos and promote now I was too lazy to put a good comment on their bad services I have been going to that place for years. Maybe because now I went on a weekday. I always go on Sundays.
Ordered online for 9:50 am pick up. Arrived early but notified thru the site I was on my way. Sat in my car for about 20 mins with no signs of life. Tried to call the number on the pickup sign and hung up after five minutes on hold. Waited a bit longer and tried to call again. On hold for 10 mins and the system hung up on me. Went inside and gave my name, then the manager came out and asked if I was being helped. Told him I wasn't sure exactly. Manager went to check on my order. He came out, apologized and I left. Got home and our biscuits and gravy combo had no biscuits and gravy. Called the store and asked for the manager to please call me back to rectify. 2 hours later no call. After I called we also found that the fresh fruit cup was also missing. Too expensive to not get what we ordered and paid for. Extremely disappointed. Food we did get was great.

Other than the unattentive waitress, my eggs Benedict was somewhat tasty, but my partners pancakes were tough and chewy. Since IHOP is supposed to specialize in pancakes, they definitely failed to meet our minimum expectations. And without the BOGO coupon, their prices are ridiculously high. Take my advice and go to Dennys.
