Ike's Love & Sandwiches

Great food but service is always pretty slow. Usually place an order online and then leave 10 minutes after it says it’s ready and will still usually have to wait 10-15 mins.

Leah was great! Everything was made fresh and fast. We got two sandwiches and combos and they came out in no time. Will be coming back!!

One kiosk? That really slows the order process way down. People either not knowing how to use it very well and or just take their sweet time scrolling around. Much more effective service when I came in just a few days ago and there was no kiosk but a actual person who took my order and processed it way faster than the silly kiosk machine. If you start losing customers then how much money will you really be saving? Next time I see a line for the kiosk I'm not waiting.

Great spot for an incredible sandwich! I got the Matt Cain and it was bomb 💣 It was about 20 min wait but it was worth it! Great customer service too!

It's always a treat to get a sandwich from Ike's, hands down my all time favorite is the Adam Richman. Quick question though, did y'all shrink the size of these sandwiches ? I could've sworn they used to be longer, or maybe I'm just imagining that.

So dissatisfied and disappointments. I usually ❤️ Ike's,nope! I ordered online, was not ready for pick up, got the Hollywood, it was so dry, meat tasted off. Not sure if they forgot whatever sauce they use. But the young lady had great customer service.

Ike's is ALWAYS. My 1st choice with sandwhices,it's so yummy and feels good to eat , like at most locations there will be a wait. but who wouldn't wait for good quality?

Whoever manages this business has no idea what they’re doing. It’s constantly understaffed and the poor workers get slammed with several dozens of orders during typical lunch hours. I come here so infrequently that I forget how terrible the management is. Also the ventilation is constantly broken and the whole place will fill with smoke which is not good for anyone, especially the staff.

$14 minimum for a sandwich? Pure greed and narcissism. Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely yummy!!! We had it at Howe location on Sunday and then the 16th location tonight- very consistent in creation of the sandwiches!! I did the Hollywood's SF Cheesesteak on Dutch Crunch no lettuce add avocado - both times and will do it again and again!! Thanks Ike!!!!

I had never been here before—and honestly had never even heard of Ike’s (I’m from Ohio). While in Sacramento for work, I decided to walk over and give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.
The sandwich was delicious. The bread has a slight sweetness and was perfectly toasted. Even better, the crew working were incredibly nice and helpful when I was trying to decide what to order.
Great food and great people. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Thank you!
