We placed our order on the app and went to pick it up at the drive thru. What should have made our order less prone to error and also much easier and quick for the staff ended up being a huge inconvenience to ourselves.
When we first arrived, the staff member taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude and impatient despite the fact we just pulled up and informed him we were picking up an order from the app.
On top of all this, they must have prepared the drinks already as they said they couldn't give us drinks without ice; but pouring our drinks before we ever even said we were picking it up led to our drinks being severely watered down in taste and our cups were also only about 2/3rds full even with all the ice and ice that has melted. They even tried to rush us through hoping we wouldn't notice they were ripping us iff by withholding an entire meal - and upon bringing this to their attention they had us pull up to the front and wait for them to bring it to us.
So what was meant to be quicker and easier ended up taking longer and requiring extra steps.
Staff behaviour only was enough for us to decide we will not return to this location let alone the poor handling if our order, the watered down beverages and the missing food. This location was the worst experience we've ever had at any of sacramento's jack in the box locations and the staff should definitely learn better manners or leave the service industry- as they are definitely not fit for professionalism or human interaction.

I work overnights in the area. I know this whole area can be a hit or miss. However, this Friday night was a hit. The drive thru was busy around midnight Friday. My order was perfect, even the tacos and curly fries were freshly just made. The soda was even perfect. So the entire order was as good as it could've possibly have been. I went at the right time. I know I left a horrendous review for that Carl's Jr next door. But it was multiple upon multiple times that the fries were just trash at Carl's Jr. I took a chance with this Jack In The Box this Friday and it was outstanding. I have been here multiple times as well around midnight time. So to be fair since I will never go to that Carl's Jr, I feel I have to leave a very positive review for this Jack in the Box because like I said it was somehow just all cooked and made as good as it could get that night. Overnight atmosphere, we all know what that area looks like overnight, not just Jack in the Box. The entire street of Florin Road at night etc. There is a Police Light and Camera setup there now.

Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. The person didn't ask name on order or anything just said "come to the 2nd window". I sat there and had to practically yell multiple times to get someone's attention. There were THREE people there and they all ignored me! When the female employee finally came to the window she just stared at me. No "how can I help you" or anything! I was trying to inform her prior to preparing the drink that I didn't want any ice. She didn't make a new drink she just poured the ice out of that one and added more soda! Not only were they unprofessional but incompetent!

I came here to order a salad like I come here any other day but today there was a Mexican lady working, which was pregnant. She said they do not cut up the chicken and then put it on the salad. They put whole pieces of chicken on the salad, not cut up pieces Now I’m gonna add a picture and you guys tell me if you guys ever seen any BS like this before because I’m going to corporate with this
