i don’t eat a lot of out food but i wanted to try the chicken snack wraps here and when i came to this location they were delicious! tasted almost homemade! i tried it again later on at the elder creek location and was highly disappointed and disgusted. the chicken and ingredients here were SO fresh and they’re generous and everything that’s supposed to be on the wrap was actually there (when i went to the other location they didn’t put shredded cheese or pickles on it). big thanks to the cooks! both experiences i had here i came during a weekday in the afternoon around 3pm so that’s all i can speak for. also, i do want to mention the worker boy who was sweeping the parking lot looked like he was working very hard and thoroughly cleaning! i wish i caught his name. lastly, Aismeen at the window (i hope i got her name right) always delivers great service and never forgets the items in our bag/requested sauces. this is definitely my go to jack in the box so long as i live in the area! good job on the hiring!
Ordered a buttery jack with an extra patty. Paid for the extra patty. Didn't get what I ordered. Also the drive through speaker system is utterly horrible. Oh well. Go buy fast food and it's caveat emptor... Buyer beware.
Only the drive-thru is permanently closed, you should wait for your food only in this line and not in the establishment! Put up a booth and give it out the window.

I am a night owl so open late or 24/7 joints are a plus for me. That being said, this Jack in the Box is hit or miss...on everything from food quality, customer service or just being available to take orders. I've come here on more than a handful of times during late night hours (1-3 in the morning) only to be told their system is down or updating. I can understand updating your system during late night hours because it's less busy but the odds of having a system update or just being down that frequently sounds more like lazy employees who don't want to take orders. If you do get to order, check it throughly! Chances are it will be missing something. In my case it's always the condiments or cheese on my burger. Their burgers look much better than a flat sad burger from McDonalds but it's only because they fluff it up with a ton of lettuce and the mayo! OMG the amount of mayo they use should be illegal. Customer service is lacking also. As others have mentioned, it's very minimal interaction and almost always no thank you. When you mention a forgotten item or heaven forbid you ask for napkins, it's almost always an attitude or eye roll. Overall, if you're desperate and hungry then sure this can be an option but otherwise, I'd steer clear of this location.
