Homeless everywhere outside and inside sleeping. Can't get order taken knowone is there to do it there all in the drive thru and they see you standing there. Almost never get my drink right. It takes so long to have someone take your order it's faster to use the app while your waiting, and when someone does come to take you order, you can't understand them. There's a language barrier this is probably why the other jack in the box closed down the street

The workers were hella rude and walked away while i was ordering and didnt listen
Food was as expected. This place has anti loitering noises playing outside which is so mean to the disenfranchised. Also it was so cold inside and the bathrooms were locked; so I had to wait for the few hard working employees to stop what they are doing to allow me to pee.

The food was super fresh...in my opinion that is the best part
My significant other and I went and we just ordered 2 drink one of them was a milk shake and when we got the first drink they then told us to pull aside to wait for the milkshake and that it was going to take about 3 minutes, but we ended up waiting for 15 minutes and we had to get down and when we got down I hear the manger say “Oh what does that boy want” in a rude way and then while we were waiting inside the store that’s when they started to make it which means that they forgot about us, then as soon as we left i took a sip of it and it had a really bad taste to it so i couldn’t drink it and I had to pour it out and as soon as i poured it out it had a bad smell to it as well.
