We went through the drive through here 2 times, the lady seems really nice, but it was really hard to understand her she didn't seem like she understood English that much, at least enough to be working in the drive through, maybe have someone that speaks good English to work it so it's easier to understand the person, no discrimination towards Mexican people, just have people who speak good English too work the drive through. She had us pull up the window cus we didn't understand eachother nor hear eachother. And gave my boyfriend a cheese burger even though he ordered a grilled cheeze.

I went through the drive through at night. I opened my bag and it was not what I ordered. I return to the window and politely told the woman it was not what I ordered. She said I’m lying and she threw a fit. It was an unpleasant experience.

This jack in the box in sacramento takes forever the lobby is a mess always and wait is long I wouldn’t recommend this jack the management is horrible!
