Run of the mill, average Jack in the Box at this location. Drive through was busy, so it took the cashier a few minutes to take my order in the empty dining room. Food was as expected, but definitely not fast at 8PM on a Tuesday night.

Gave me half my order correct I ordered 6 peace banana French toast sticks & got 2 banana & 4 regular sticks I guess they didnt have all 6 & just wanted me to take what they gave me.

This is the only picture I have, but the jumbo egg roll is our go-to favorite! My co-workers and I order it all the time because it’s really good. However, this place consistently makes mistakes with our orders. Attention to detail seems to be lacking— zero presence of mind! one time when I picked up my order, I specifically asked if the sweet chili sauce was included, and the staff assured me it was—but when I got home, there was none. More recently, we ordered three sets of egg rolls, but they only gave us one, forcing us to go back. The food is great, but the service needs improvement!

Absolutely sketchy!! Two people had my card for significantly too long. The guy tried to charge my card again, and the women there tried to argue it already went through. They even took my card to the back. I will definitely be paying attention to my bank transaction. The cherry on top, the man taking the order was insanely rude. Very very disgusting experience.
The food was ok but the service took a looonnggg time! And all I ordered was a few tacos!

If I could give a zero star review I would because we asked for a plain Cheese burger and they gave me just the meat and the buns I went back through the drive through and they gave us a bag with a cold slice of cheese cause they didn't want to make another burger

My experience at this location has been mixed. Around 60% of the time, my order ends up incorrect—items are either left out or they completely skip the modifications. On my last visit, the staff member repeated my entire order with all the modifications, but more than half of the items came out wrong.
The team is generally friendly, and the food itself is excellent WHEN it’s prepared correctly. I feel bad because they always appear to be understaffed, which likely contributes to the problem.
I always try to be patient and understanding, but given the constant recent mistakes, I felt it was time to write this.
