Over the last month the tri tip and salads have been terrible. The two times I've gotton a salad with steak on top the meat is literally 75% gristle. Tonight's steak was inedible. The amount of toppings are ridiculously small. The onions are in big pieces, nobody wants that. This Jacks has gone downhill. Won't be going back to this Jack's. There's just been too many quality issues. Tonight was the last gristle straw.

Always a tasty solid option for a fresh and healthier meal. The Lemon Chicken entree, Veggie sandwich and pretty much all the salads and bowls are tasty. Love the seasonal veggies.
The turkey plate is probably my favorite with mashed potatoes and gravy and veggies.
This Jack’s location just can’t get orders right. Nearly every to-go order I have placed over several years has an error. And the mistakes are not a result of difficult orders. For example, I don’t like nuts on my salad but nearly every time I place an order they miss that modification. Sometimes an item ordered is simply left out of the bag. Recently we ordered an entree and they left out the main component: the protein. The entree package literally had two small side dish servings in it. After years of these frustrating errors, on the rare occasion that I order from them, I now unpack my order and make them remake the food properly. The young staff who appear more focused on each other than their jobs typically seem annoyed by this. Buyer beware!

Went here to get take out for dinner. Got the Goat and Peach Salad (god-tier btw, I hope they keep this) and a tri-tip sandwich. They were out of gluten free buns, but were open about it and offered a sub, along with refunding. I wasnt aware the onion strings had gluten in them, so they ALSO came out and conveyed that to me. I appreciated them taking the extra steps and will keep coming back!

Lettuce is bad and browning, and the peices you would typically throw out or cut out are in the salad. The croutons are stale and it's not thre first time it's pretty disappointing when you order a Ceasar salad because that's 90% of the ingredients
