We used JCE for our wedding at the Old Sugar Mill early November. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They offered tasting prior to signing and another tasting for our event item choices which we really appreciated. We were wow'd by they're professionalism and food quality/selection from day one. My daughter chose Jackson Catering for her wedding dinner. Usually wedding buffet food is ok, and nothing exciting, not so in this case! The food was delicious! Many guests are still talking about itsebrral months later. Service was fantastic.We would definitely use Jackson Catering again.
