Hello, I came in to this location (Natomas) on the morning of 6/16 . It took me a little while to place my order and when I did the young lady taking my order seemed a little impatient . Also the guy preparing my order gave me the wrong drink so I had to wait extra time for the drink to be remade . Also I noticed none of the employees are wearing gloves when preparing food which I think is really unsanitary because they are touching from the registers to grabbing blenders and if the have to slice fruits or something it’s too much cross contaminating . Over all my food was good . I just would like to see a little more sense of urgency and better customer service at this location .! Thanks
I’ve been coming to this Jamba Juice in the Raley’s shopping center with my kids on Natomas Blvd for a while. The staff are always friendly and the service is generally decent. However, the cleanliness of the store is consistently disappointing. The tables are always sticky and the dining area is never well-maintained. The hand sanitizer by the entrance has been empty for months, and the bathroom is rarely clean or stocked with paper towels.
It’s hard to feel confident that cleanliness is a priority when the public areas are this neglected. I understand it’s mostly high school-aged employees, but there needs to be more oversight and care for the environment customers are walking into—especially during the summer when indoor seating is a must. Please keep the space clean so we can enjoy the full Jamba experience.
Good, friendly and they greet you when you enter the store, very professional and know how to make my juice combination very well.

Ordered ahead online. They didn't even know about the order. I had to pull it up on the app to prove I paid. Then the guy found the receipt print out and started making in 40 minutes after it was supposed to be READY for pick up. A full hour after I placed the order. Ridiculous.
Ordered a large chocolate love. I asked for it to be made thick. It had a metallic taste that ruined the entire drink. I called and the worker said she doesn’t know why it would taste metallic. She didn’t offer to remake it or anything. I will not be going back to this location again. This is the second time this happened at this natomas location. I went to the Arden location yesterday and got the same drink and it was amazing.

Went in for a nice, thick, smoothie and what I got was something slightly thicker than milk. Staff were not helpful.

Ordered a peanut butter moo’d with extra peanut butter. Came with no bananas, which it normally does as I can taste them, no peanut butter at all, paid for extra and received the worst tasting, most bland smoothie I’ve ever had from the company. I threw it away. It tasted like plain smoothie with a scoop of chocolate powder.
As far as in store experience, I went into the store, stood at the mobile pick up area, stood there for 3-4 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. Someone else came in and the staff asked how they could help them. I said, “excuse me, I’ve been standing here for 4 minutes without anyone saying a word to me”. The gentleman replied with, “have you checked the mobile pickup fridge?” Never seen this at a Jamba. Assuming it’s new. Nobody helped me until I spoke up. First time at this location. Every other location has been great.

encountered a very rude worker today . Placed a mobile order i get inside the store i go to the place where it says mobile order pickup and realized they forgot my waffle so i went up to the front to grab it i stood there and waited for her to handle the other customers first but as i was waiting i was looking back at the mobile order pickup place again to see if it was over there and when i turned back around i got startled because her and another customer just staring at me the whole time like i was crazy or something mind you she didn’t even ask how she can help me until i said umm my waffle . she needs training you could’ve at least said something so that i know your waiting to help me instead of doing that
