The cashier, Lina, or maybe Leena (so sorry not good with names haha) was an absolute gem. She must have sensed our newbie vibes because she went above and beyond to guide my grandma through the menu and help pick out the perfect smoothie for me. Her patience and warmth made us feel right at home.And speaking of feeling at home, the whole team welcomed us with open arms. It was like walking into a friend's kitchen, with everyone eager to make sure we had the best experience possible. That kind of genuine hospitality is hard to come by these days, and it made all the difference.Our smoothie was perfectly blended, bursting with flavor—it was like a little slice of paradise in a cup. My grandma and I sipped away, feeling refreshed and oh-so-satisfied! We will deff come back for more smoothie adventures!!

Laziest jamba juice I've ever been to. Shoved us to the kiosk to order with 3 employees standing there. Was going to pay cash but had to use a card.

Double the Glory

Food is great however the customer service was not great. No one greeted me as I entered the building and ask how can they help me and they had 4 people on staff. 1 staff told me I can just order on the kiosk and that’s it.

I came in the other day for my first time and my experience was great. The cashier, Lina, was very helpful and did her best to help me figure out what smoothie I would’ve liked best. I got welcomed in by everyone that was in the workplace. and the cleanliness was good. My smoothie tasted great.

They are SLAMMED and working so hard!! This place is packed right now, I'm thinking because after school smoothies for the kids? These workers are absolutely hustling, moving so quickly and efficiently, even though there were only two of them! I can't stress enough how hard they were working, greeting everyone, whipping out drinks for both online and in person orders, mine even had substitutions. They were fast, efficient, and even while moving so quickly, kept a great vibe. Even with all the people, it didn't feel stressful or hectic. I wish I could've tipped them more, and if I could, I'd give them a raise!! A+++++ all around. Also this smoothie was DELICIOUS

Was craving an açaí bowl. It's okay here for a franchised spot. The granola had crispy rice as a filler. Service was great though. Place is nice and clean. Just overpriced for the quality you get.

First and foremost whenever I place an online order at this particular location, my order does not get made until I actually come into the establishment, not a huge deal, it only takes them about a minute to whip it up. On this day I came in and there was a long line, of course it was a hot day, so while standing in line, I placed an online order at about 6:13 that said it would be ready at 6:22. There was a guy working the register who opened the restroom for me and two girls making drinks. 6:22 came and went as I watched other people receive their in-store and online orders. At 6:34 I approached the register after seeing that my order said that it had been completed on the app. No one acknowledge my presence for awhile and then the white girl finally asked me about my order, I told her my name and then she proceeded to make other orders before she started washing dishes, all the while staring at me. After about a min I asked for a refund and ask the Indian girl, if my order was ever even made and she said that it should have been, but there was nothing there. I left at 6:38. I was there for 20+mins. I’m over this location

My drink was good but I tried calling in an order today around 10 am and no one answered. I tried several times and my call kept getting forwarded. I was trying to grab a drink before work and make it fast but I had to go in and order when I got there. After placing my order I asked the two young girls that we're working if they still had a phone in service. I told them I called several times and no one answered. They said they were busy and when they get busy they don't answer the phone. I don't know who runs this store but you could be losing out on a lot of money if they do that all the time. I know you have mobile orders but I always pay in cash and that's why I don't order online. Plus it's just more convenient to call when trying to get on the road.
