They turned around this semester! They are well staffed and managed now. Their customer service improved significantly. Jada was very helpful, in particular. I had gripes about them previously but they seemed to turn a new leaf.
also, if u ever need drink recommendations, each team member has a good one! overall, great products and lovely team. love this location
