This place is THE BEST! For the past 3 years this has been my home away from home. The staff is so welcoming and personable. The food is consistently good and service is fast and high quality. This place has a very versatile atmosphere fit for anyone and everyone. Not to mention the most legendary happy hour in sac! Can’t recommend enough!

Took my girl out for dinner. Walked in. Floors are sticky and disgusting. Counter tops were sticky and disgusting. Fly's everywhere. Service was decent. But who the hell serves a burger without fries? It should come with fries. A burger always comes with fries. Jets is not what it used to be.

On 12/3/2025, I placed an order for pickup and upon arrival I was told it had been picked up. I informed the employee that I had not picked up my food and he stated he was going to remake the food and to wait 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, we asked the employee for an update on the food and was met with verbal aggression and utter disrespect. We asked to speak with the manager and she was of no help either. We asked to cancel the order as we have been here for some time and have been treated horribly. She stated that she was unable to cancel or refund us our money. I am absolutely disappointed in this service and treatment.

I have attempted to order online and in store and have several repeatedly bad experiences. Initially through DoorDash and this shop has cancelled orders when DoorDash attempts to contact them on why the order is not being fulfilled when they submit it has been. Now that they have a website and more order options. These issues continue and the establishment does not seem to care to fix these problems or return phone calls regarding the refunds for deliveries that were never delivered and instead cancelled without refund.

The guy with the long brown hair didn’t want to serve me a cocktail when my friends were trying to get it together to charge Theo phone so they can pay which is fine but once I said it’s fine I got cash he said they were down for the night. It was 7:30 pm Sunday and they close at 2am just because your mad I don’t think this is exceptional or acceptable this has to do with your ego.

Burger was absolutely sloshed in vinegary BBQ sauce and everything was soggy and awful! I threw it out and couldn't even eat it. Last couple times I ordered here the food has been so poor. It used to be good about a year ago... I doubt I'll ever give them another chance, it's been too many disappointments already. They don't even have a phone number to call to make it right. The food came so fast too.... I can't imagine it was fresh with how soggy it was but how fast it arrived, makes you wonder 🤔

They have a different theme every month. This month was Twilight. It was so cute. I always have the best time at jets. Music is always good (music bingo on wednesdays) ! Drinks are perfect. Food is also PERFECT. The ONLYYY reason I am not giving them all 5 stars is because the seating isnt always the best, as far as availability goes. But definitely check them out!!!
