This location is crazy. We love Jimboys and their food but the staff here is not friendly, closes early/doesn’t answer drive thru speaker just generally unpleasant .Today takes the cake…Hairs (multiple) in our guacamole, long brown hairs- my wife is blonde and I am bald. Six tacos were soggy after requesting extra crispy. Train your employees in customer service and how to make your menu properly.

The food is always yummy. We went through the drive through and didn't receive a receipt and when we got home noticed that we didn't have an item that we had ordered and paid for. It was out of our way to drive all the way back. It was a vegetarian burrito.

It's not the best Jimboys in town. Teenaged girls working the counters and drive through are slow, rude, and don't seem to want to work. The food is good though. They really need to take lessons from their elders in customer service and waiting on people you don't like, and hiding it very, very well. If your not in a hurry, and you want an argument and rolled eyes with your lunch or dinner, go here
Ordered the 2 taco plate combo. All lettuce hardly any meat. Rice has absolutely no flavor. Definitely will not eat here again. Totally waste of $35.00. 👎

Well I've been here many times and never have I ever been fully happy with my experience...way overpriced,terrible neighborhood, rude staff and even rude to each other sometimes. But last night I...it takes the cake .I was walking towards the entrance and the girl doing the dining room...quickly placed the trash can in front of the door indicating I was too late and we're closed. It was 8:30 pm. .. now I kinda look like a bad guy if u had to guess what a bad guy looks like and I'm thinking that has something to do with it but it could be just a lazy employee. Either way I was t allowed access and so not going back.
