I have been to many different restaurants, but this one in particular had a different taste. My carnitas Tahoe burrito didn’t taste anything like it normally does. It was absolutely gross. I think they missed an ingredient or two. It also took forever to get my order.

This jimboy is by far the best jimboy's in Sacramento their food is always fresh their customer service is on point I have never had anything bad from this location other locations I've had stuff in my food I've had rude customer service and have gotten food

This facility does not have daily specials. Also, there was hardly any dine- in customers at the time that I was. There did seem to be a lot of call- in/ takeout business, and the place is kept very clean. The food was typical of the jimboys chain, meaning it was delicious.

I absolutely love jimboys but will never come in to this one again. The kid at the counter acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. The tacos were actually burnt. Waited for about 15 minutes for my burnt Tacos. The bathroom was filthy, Rap videos playing at a moderate level wich is fine but still not the atmosphere I wish enjoy while on my lunch break
The employees at this Jimboy's are very polite and down to earth. The environment is very positive and customer oriented. ?

This place has the laziest workers. They need a drive thru to keep them busy because every time I go inside such lazy workers that don't help me and no business so I wonder why. I left and went next door to panda because I am hungry, had to get out of my car but nobody around to help

7/26/23 (2) going to have lunch ordered then employee told us we couldn't EAT inside as they needed to take a break and had to lock the door after we left to sit in truck 4 more people came in and sat down Whats up with this story really puts a bad taste in your mouth, the store is on the corner of Eastern and Marconi at 2pm.

I would keep.a.close.eye on your prices here. This restaurant has been charging us 2$ extra just for ground beef on a taco. The other meats were up to 8$. The only way you have the quoted price is to have beans instead of meat on your items.
