My chicken strips were very flavorless I was not happy with my order specifically these chicken strips. An order of 8 for 19.99. I definitely did not get my money's worth. I also ordered two orders of Kiki's fries those were good although they tend to leave them on the dry side they lacked buffalo sauce. I ended up paying for extra sauce ! While I was in waiting for my order another customer complained about the chicken flavor of his order and I judged them but now I get it!

I just brought 2 combo meals I am going soda machine and fall down on wet floor . they didn’t put signs on . And she laughed at me . I asked why you not put signs on floor and she said to me I need to watch floor .. ohh really I need to watch floor without signs it’s wet or not ??? You insulted me laughing at me … even not asked I am ok or not .shame on you guys it’s really hurts ..

Ordered family sized tots w/ chicken. Instead we got fries... I have gotten fries w/ chicken at several other places and they are ALL better. Your tots though, that is the ONLY reason my family goes here for food. This is the second time I have made an order for tots and gotten fries instead! Very disappointed!! plz make some change to stop this from happening.

I ordered a kiki fries on 12/9/24. I usually love kikis. I've ordered many times in the past at different locations. Tonight, the chicken was like chewing gum. I'm not only a foodie, but also I love to cook. The chicken tastes like it was fried while it was still frozen, a no, no. I will not be coming back to this kikis location, I also ordered extra chicken, paid for it, and didn't get it. Come on, guys!

Tenders are not that good. They taste raw and the middle is still cold. I stopped by I was the only one there employees did not greet you. They need to get more training on their customer service skills and change their long faces.

First time coming here and I had a great experience. The woman at the register was very nice. She explained everything on the menu and portion sizes to me. I decided to get fries and garlic parmesan wings. Even though I prefer saucy wings over dry ones, I liked the wings they gave me. The fries were perfectly crisp and lightly salted. The restaurant was clean. The layout is very open and easy to navigate through. The menu is large (and has plenty of options) and is easy to read.I'm going to try out some more stuff later and update my review.

Cameron Park location - The chicken salad used to actually come with chicken - now you barely get any, and they don’t put cheese on it anymore. They add croutons to look like more chicken. 1/2lb, no way. Also now serving in a divider tray, deceiving you again with false volume. We’ve really enjoyed their food, but the steady decline has now turned us away.
