Staff is nice, there is just no sense of urgency any time I come here for lunch. They usually mess up your order or they are out of everything. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry or have a short lunch, not worth the price anymore.

La Bou is clean and the staff welcoming. I had a half Caesar salad, water and a cookie. There may have been a misunderstanding as a large salad arrived. I asked if it was the half and was told yes. Looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged for a whole salad. Portions are large! Staff corrected the error quickly. My cookie was also excellent. I arrived too late for baked goods and was told they sell out quickly so I’ll go back another time. Closes weekends.

This is one of the most disappointing la bou location In Sacramento their dill dip taste like nothing but mayonnaise. My Baguette bread was hard. I’m wondering if they gave me old bread from early in the morning or from the day before but either way it is unacceptable and annoying to have to ask for something fresh. I did not go into the store. I ordered off of DoorDash, but this is not the first time that I have had this happen with my order where the dill dip taste like mayonnaise doesn’t even taste like dill at all. And the baguette bread is always hard. I’ve been to the one off of Madison that one always is amazing and I’ve also been to the one off of Howe Avenue. They are also amazing but this location on O Street is horrible I walked in numerous times and every time I’m disappointed because it does not taste the same as the rest of them in the Sacramento area.

Very sad. I have been a LA Bou fan for many years. Seems like the Pandemic killed them and they just won't die. I have tried the twice recently and it feels like walking into a closed restaurant. Staff made me feel like I was just an annoyance. Food was fine, and there ends the positive aspects.

Placed my order and walked her on my lunch. When I got there they told me I had ordered at the wrong location but took my order and had it out within 5 minutes at lunch time. Would give 5 stars but I was soo sad when I got back to eat and the spicy Thai soup was a different color and tasted different than normal. Otherwise, perfect!
I’ve tried to give this place benefit of the doubt. But it’s literally the worst.

This place likes to commit creidt card fraud and try to take thousands of dollars out of people's accounts that don't even live in California I live on the east coast never heard of these frauds and they attempt to take thousands out of my account. Im layered up and with my bank I'm pressing criminals charges. Ignorance of the law won't even help these clowns

Today, I had a soup and sandwich. The soup was Spicey Thai Soup. But it was not too spicy at all. It was very good. It also was a thick soup with a wide variety of veggies in it.The sandwich was a Mediterranean Turkey sandwich. It had a lot b of turkey. It also had cheese, red onions, and cucumbers on a slice of sourdough bread.
