The entrance to Fuji is located on 13th street. There is street parking and a parking lot across the street. The interior is nice, and the service was good. We went for brunch which is on Saturday and Sunday from 9-2. I ordered the washoku set which comes with rice, miso soup, steamed rice, tsukemono (pickled vegetables), tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), grilled salmon, and saba shio yaki (grilled mackerel). Just came to eat here for my 2nd time. Service was on point, we were so indecisive and our server helped us order, everything was amazing! Food is always fresh, great quality and delicious! We were able to enjoy our girls night without the pressure of having to leave. This could be our new spot!! Maybe more wine selections and flights of drinks would be fun!! Either way, love the new Fujis!

I ordered to go on a Friday, so review is solely on the food. I was looking for fish and chips and was surprised to see Fuji's pop up, so I ordered online. I tried calling, but no one answered. It took about 20 minutes after I put in the order before I got a text stating my order was ready. This place is located next to the target on Riverside.
