First time here on a weekend ..The place was busy, but we had a perfect service and the ice cream was so good ❤

I have loved their chili for years. I do not know if they switched vendors, the vendor changed the recipe (to make and extra 2% profit), or if tonight was just a fluke(🤞🏻), but it was really not very good. I was so disappointed. And that is not even counting that it was so cold that I sent it back, and when it came back, it was only slightly warmer. Even if they put it in an ice-cold salad bowl, it should have been warmer than that, for safety. If the health inspector had shown up just then, with her thermometer, it could not possibly have passed inspection. If this happens again next time, there will have to be a reassessment. 🙁
Ice cream is alway very good, the prices are kinda high.
Great customer service. I don’t remember her name but one of the servers were great, very attentive and always refilled my water without me even asking. The food was also amazing my burger wasn’t soggy, my fires were nicely seasoned. And my goodness the ice cream is to die for. Love this place. The only thing I have to add is that I thought that was a full cherry, it’s just half. Minus that, this place is amazing ! 10/10 recommend

Leatherby's is a survivor. Big scoops. Big Flavors. I started going to their Arden Way location 30 years ago. Elk Grove is lucky to have a store of equal size and quality. They filled a void when Farrells failed.

It was fairly busy both in the seating area as well as the take out area, where I was. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Quick and very friendly service.
I've been there multiple times and tried different flavors, and it is simply delicious..!!! 😋the portions are very generous and affordable.
