This used to be the spot. Not anymore. Ordered two different types of chicken and both had very hard a stringy pieces of chicken. Some were rock solid and couldn't be stabbed with a fork. The ones that were soaked in enough sauce were still hard stringy chicken on the inside. The chow mein was stale with bad flavor. Best thing I got from them was fried rice, and that is a low bar. And just like everywhere else, the prices skyrocket while the quality plummets.

If you enjoy your Chinese food drenched in sticky, overly sweet sauces with minimal flavor, welcome to your nightmare. Every dish tastes like it was boiled in pancake syrup and regret. There’s no balance, no seasoning—just sugar-coated sadness.

Prices? Ridiculously high for what basically feels like mall food court leftovers. I’ve had better Chinese food in gas station containers.

Then there’s the indoor experience, which is like eating inside a sweaty greenhouse. No AC, just a humid heatwave that makes you question all your life choices. You’ll leave full of regret and also dehydrated.

And as the cherry on top of this disaster sundae—the cashier. This guy had a stank face like he’s been forced into indentured servitude. No hello, no smile, just a soul-drained glare like he’s calculating the fastest way to escape humanity with every customer.

The only thing remotely edible? The chow mein. And even that just tasted okay—probably only good because everything else was so bad it lowered the bar.

Save your money, your sweat, and your sanity. Lucky Express is anything but.

This year for mother's Day my family decided we wanted to get Chinese food, and this is a restaurant we often frequented a few years back. My god what happened? The restaurant has gotten a remodel since our last visit and with a beautiful new sitting area gained you lost sight of the most important thing a great product. I ordered orange chicken and paid 5$ extra to add on sweet and sour pork, I literally got 4 pieces of orange chicken and the rest sweet n sour pork. The chow mein tasted absolutely stale like you just reheated what you didn't sell the day before and the sweet and sour pork was neither sweet or sour just flavorless and bland overall very disappointing.

I have been ordering here for over 2 years and my experience is always the same. Quick and professional service delivered to my front door within 45 minutes. Food is always fresh. The only thing I have ordered that I wasn't 100% pleased with was their chicken wings and that was because the bread on them was too thick for my liking. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, tasty chinese food experience. A personal favorite is the BBQ pork fried rice which comes with a bed of yummy pieces of pork on top.
