Went to Luis Jr's location in Old Sacramento Waterfront. We were able to sit outside in the courtyard which had a nice water fountain and was shaded from the sun. We are greeted promptly and served water and chips and salsa. The waiter, to same one who worked at the 30th and Alhambra location assisted us and was very friendly and attentive. This restaurant has fantastic food and service. The patio has a pretty fountain and was cool and comfortable at around 4:30 today. We ordered combination plates: chicken for him beef for me. Everything was delicious!Highly recommended. Was easy parking and right across from the parking garage in Old Sac

This place was overall very good. The food is delicious and in good quantity, cocktails are good and cheap, environment is great with the terrace and the music. I am giving 4 stars because we had to wait more than 20 mins to get our order taken despite the fact that there were not too many people.
