What happened to the dollar menu the only thing on a dollar menu is a cup of coffee who does that back in the day when you see a sausage burritos for a dollar hash browns for a dollar the prices are just ridiculous. And I don't like the lettuce it's never fresh always Wilted

Gentleman behind the counter was nice and helped me and my daughter. The bathrooms were a mess and smelled of urine and feces with trash and urine on the floor.

Unfortunately, I had this experience this evening. I bought a burger with a chicken cutlet to go. I trusted them and didn't check what was inside... Instead, the cutlet was burnt, placed in burnt bread. So, are your staff blind or without a conscience? If you burned the food, why don't you eat it yourself, instead of causing these surprises to the people who pay you? Because I've read other reviews from people who talked about the same problem... If you can't cook a burger, then close up shop!

The most Unfriendly staff. They basically throw your food at you in the drive-thru. Soon as they have thrown your food they close the window and walk away. Now you have to knock on the window and wait for them to come back to ask for ANYTHING! Food is barely warm. Fries are cold and/or they are double or triple fried. Double or triple fried is them re-frying the French fries to re-heat them, instead of making new ones. Mc Chickens are dried out. Cheese isn't melted at all. Right there!! Tells you food is cold!

We ordered via the mobile app. After waiting 15 mins, I went inside. The door was locked due the number of homeless around. The place smelled like cannabis. The drinks were wrong. My husband went back in to get the correct drink and they just gave him back the same drink. He does NOT drink diet. I will not be coming back.

There was only 3 or 4 things on the menu. Smores mcflurry, blueberry cream pie and i think a slushy or something like that!!!! I asked for a paper menu and they dont have those either and the lady didn't know how to count i was supposed to get 45 cents back she gave me 65 and I told her that I got too much change and I showed her so she took back a nickle and I told her again that she gave me too much money but this time I just walked away bcuz I'm not trying to humiliate her but I also didn't want her to be short on her register but I didn't want to stand there and tell her which coins to take and which ones I needed back!!!!
