Easily the worst McDonald's in Sacramento. They can't get an order right to save their lives. Quality is substandard even for McDonald's. Nuggets are old. Things you pay to add to your burger they forget. Things you ask to have removed they add. Understaffed, poorly managed, and a real disservice to the area. avoid at all costs. Sent a similar report to corporate McDonald's about this location 6 months ago and haven't been back since. Stopped in last night and wouldn't you know it. As garbage as ever. Not one part of our order was right or tasteful. Threw out the nuggets, and the burgers buns were so stale you could play hockey with them.. Done with all locations after this one.

Location literally sucks. Placed an order for the curbside pick up At 7:30 am on Sunday when it’s not busy. Waited for 30 minutes. Got tired waiting, went to the drive thru. Was finally given a food over there with the words, Oh, we came out to the curbside but nobody was there. Really? I didn’t take a shortcut to the drive thru through downtown for that to be true! Best way is to attack I guess. Anyway, I was given a lukewarm coffee. My order was just sitting there and got cold, but I was the one to blame! Work on your service despite being on Richardson blvd!

This place has turned into a drive-in. Basic order and they’ll have you waiting for 10 minutes in a parking lot

Had a 3 hour layover at the grayhound station and I ordered something for the road and the employees refused to help me because they were on their lunch break and told me to come back in few hours. What kind of fast food service is that? I was hungry and I had to starve until I got to my next layover to get something to eat. Shift manager was rude enough to tell me they are closed for lunch

They are so rude and only talk but do not listen. Terrible customer service skills. These people are not cut out for a job they get so burnt out on. It’s honestly what’s wrong with so much. Let’s go AI

This has got to be hands down one of the worst locations in Sacramento. Drive thru took about 15min. I ordered my food, got to work and come to find out my order was wrong again. This location just cant seem to get it right.

Service is not the best. I put mobile app order in and preceeded to watch 4 other people who ordered after me receive their food first. They need to work on the timing of who's orders go out first based on when they were placed.

I was just at Mc donald’s. i ordered A big mac with no pickle, extra onions. And they gave me extra pickles and on top of bad customer service. One of the employees put hairs in my burger. It was really upsetting biting my burger and feeling hairs in my mouth.

It’s a HUGE safety issue that they let customers walk through the drive thru and harass the people in cars. I shouldn’t have multiple teenagers walking up to my car at night asking me to order food for them and then refusing to leave and following me through the drive thru process. I feel unsafe at this location and the worst part is because the service was so incredibly slow i was stuck in this uncomfortable situation for over 25 minutes.

They are constantly forgetting parts of orders, the fountain drinks taste like mildew, and hardly anybody is ever at the front counter.
