They’re extremely slow. I’ve had issues at this McDonald’s multiple times with the wait times so you get 1 star for that. It’s not even that they’re busy! I was the only person in the drive thru.

Not sure how this place has a 3.3 star rating I was in town for a week and a half and every time I visited this location it took forever for the food and then it was cold when I received it and it was just about the worst customer service I've ever had between the employee is not knowing what to do from improper training and the language barrier

I've been to this Mc Donald's anumerous amount of times. In the evening the food and service is horrible, very long drive thru waits. The frys are always cold if not partially still frozen and the accuracy of my order being right is about 15 % . The workers at the drive thru window are not very friendly, I almost get the feeling that they don't even want to be there. I enjoy Mc Donald's every now and then.But for some reason, when I go to this location, I feel like i'm bothering the staff by showing up. It's unfortunate for me, because I will now have to deviate directions on my way home.

At times, theres some hard workers here. But then there’s other times where I have to deal with some weird service. Whenever I get to the drive-thru, they never let me know to wait bevause theres one person managing the drive thru. There’s two sides to drive thru, two intercoms, but always only one worker working the two parts of the drive thru. Never get told “hello, I’ll help you in a sec” or “hello give me one second to assist you”, they ask me if I’m using my mobile app, I answer, then silence. I’m stuck talking to myself or I’m stuck waiting 10 mins waiting for someone to answer. Sometimes the person isn’t even answering me, and just doing the other sides orders. Then come back to me and asking me the same question, then again silence, another 10 mins of silence waiting, then ask the same thing again.
I order ahead of time and I still have to wait 10 mins to get my order even when I order 15-20 mins ahead of time. So it’s just irritating.
They gave my order to the wrong vehicle, then tried to pass it to me with somebody else's germs on it. I informed them that they need to make a new order, and they took 25 minutes to make one caramel frappuccino. I had to call while I was waiting in the pickup lane to figure out what was taking so long for my order and another ladies order parked next to me... All in all 30 minutes for 1 frappuccino. When I called this morning to let management know about my experience, they could barely speak English and hung up. I'll keep calling, but I'm sure they'll keep hanging up! Stellar service, on top of stellar service, on top of stellar service at this location!

Always have to have for sooo long and all the time they forgot to add some part of my order. When I go to drive though it’s gonna take at least 20 min bc they are really slow and don’t mind on you. Stay away from this location.
