I had my order last night and when I got their I was told they were closed and didn't have curbside take out. Then was told well it must be a different McDonald's because they didn't have my order number. But my email with the receipt showed the Richards Blvd store. So here I am trying to get my order and being told three different stores on why I can't get my order. All I want to do is go home and eat my food I just paid for. So I go back the next day and now she needs to see my banks statements to make sure the money was taken off. Then I showed her and now she needs to see the card with the bank statements. Her customer service is beyond poor and need attention right away she has no idea what she is talking about about and she probably took my oder home with her. She DOESN'T NEED TO SEE MY BANK STATEMENTS. CUZ YESTERDAY AHE WAS TELLING ME I DIDNT HAVE AN ORDER. THEN SHE NEVER TOOK MY MONEY FOR MY ORDER EVEN THO IT WAS A MOBILE ORDER. NOW SHE NEEDS TO SEE MY BANK STATEMENTS WOW. All I want is my food or my money back.

They discriminate against tourist. They close their shop early and refuse service if you don't have a vehicle. An employee there name Saber said the general manager approved such action.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. The restaurant stinks like literally it smells bad and the not very clean to dine in. The customer service is horrible. I lost my appetite after the smells and the dirty table. If I was a inspector I would not pass this place. Also, I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to dine in.Kid-friendliness: Pla e is somewhat kid friendly, but I recommend you keep an eye on your kids just to be safe. There are lots of homeless people walking in and out.

The manager took 15 minutes to make a 3 minute sandwich and another 10 minutes to hand out my food. By the time I got my food NOTHING WAS FRESH and the workers don't care. Unbelievable how bad McDonald's has fallen. Just another burger King. The manager is as helpful as the crew members which are as rude as a common criminal. Not a recommended location,but then all McDonald's are becoming this way.

I went to buy breakfast and so many workers made me wait and then they told me that they couldn't take my order, it had to be at the drive thru or at the machines but there were a lot of people who were waiting and they don't want to do that anymore. nothing, the workers just go around and around
