Service is not the best. I put mobile app order in and preceeded to watch 4 other people who ordered after me receive their food first. They need to work on the timing of who's orders go out first based on when they were placed.

Ok so you go to the counter and no one is standing there and here's this standing screen so you use this instead of waiting on the "counter person", but they are doing anything but taking orders. So it takes at least 5 min to complete the screen order for 2 people. When we could have just waited on the "whatever person" to finally look our way. Which could have saved us 4 min at the most! Am I the only one who thinks this order taking screen or McDonalds...
