This was by far the absolute best McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my 37 years of living. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with a 20 piece nugget and a large sweet tea. The cashier Amelia was so delightful and pleasant to talk to. Her words made my day. The server, Hector was so polite and did his job pitch perfectly. My food was delightful and I enjoyed it so much. The kind words from these 2 individuals made me happy cry while I stuffed my fat face LOL. Overall...

The Cashier was excellent and had a positive attitude working the drive thru. The Fish sandwich was slapped together with half the cheese off of the fish. Right at the end of the drive thru was an unhoused person and another one in the walkway. I love South Sac and seen much worse in the City.

Initially my experience was quite poor but the manager returned my phone call apologizing and offering to remake my meal. The food quality was perfect, the service I received on my return visit was perfect. I'll definitely be back.
