This location accepts EBT inside or in the drive thru and it just what one would expect from McDonalds. Super friendly helpful staff nice and clean inside. The food was served hot and fresh and very fast.

There was a homeless guy and all his stuff, camped out in one of the waiting parking spaces. I did not feel okay to park and eat the breakfast I just bought in the drive through and had to go elsewhere. Also, the kid at the first cashier window in the drive through was stoned to the edge of unconsciousness, stupid and rude. I told the shift manager about both at the second window, but what’s the likelihood that she will do anything about either.

This used to be such a nice neighborhood. If I-50 weren’t such a nightmare, we’d just move to Folsom. If we could just stay put geographically and move to here in the 1970s, that would be lovely. I could fly out of Phoenix Field instead of having to drive all the way to Auburn. 🤓

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to get a Double Quarter Pounder, that’s not my complaint. When I finally got it and drove to my next destination and after taking a bite, realized the paper that divides the patties was still in the burger which I almost consumed. I went all the way back to get a refund, waited another 20 minutes for that, asked for a free meal voucher and the employees just started speaking Spanish and acted like I hadn’t said anything. Didn’t have time to wait anymore so unless McDonald’s sends me a free meal voucher, I’ll never go back to this location and my review remains that this is the worst McDonald’s location to go to in Sacramento

Please fix the floodlight in your parking lot. The flashing is like a strobe light and very annoying not to mention its a safety issue with visibility

Have been coming here for years. Spend on average $30 a day for me and my family 7 days a week. Today I asked for a Mac sauce for my $12 order because it’s not available on the app. Wouldn’t give it to me without paying $0.50. No customer loyalty at all. They lost $900 a month for $0.50 one time. Insane. The manager here should be retrained.

The staff was great a few months ago. I haven’t seen the man in a while. I usually go to the drive-through, but I went inside yesterday Sept 3rd at 3 and the staff are mean. Don’t ask for things they forget. Apparently their mistakes are inconvenience to fix and I went in there nice. I was nice even after they were mean to me. I don’t want people spitting in my food. But these people need to go if you want good customer service. I will be going to the other one on Watt, even though it’s a little bit further but not much. I like nice people.

We came to McDonald’s to eat, but my child urgently needed to use the restroom. When I asked an employee for the restroom code, he told me I had to place an order first. I found this very upsetting — basic human decency should come first, especially when it involves a child. We ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and vegetables, but it was served without the vegetables.

Im actually impressed as to how they manage to get EVERY order wrong here. I go here only for my child. The wife and I go to Carls Jr. next door for much higher quality food, when we want a burger night. We always order my daughter a happy meal, no pickles, sometimes a side of chicken nuggets. The burger either always has the pickles still or they forget cheese instead or the side of chicken nuggets ends up being an entire other burger. 🤦‍♂️ Its quite hilarious to the point we have begun placing bets on what we might get. Cant wait 'till your all replaced by machines. You deserve it at this rate.
