Kiosk machine was not working so I went up to counter with code to use, cashier did not take code down correctly and when matter was addressed with management the man on duty tonight shrugged it off and got offended explaining very rude that there have been no orders for past 25 minutes and stated he didn't know what I was talking about, very unprofessional service on a regular basis, Rather then correcting matter he walked away. Definitely should NOT be in management as he continued to argue with Me regarding it. He explained Moe is the general manager and has a load of other complaints just like such and will not be reaching out for follow or response and thanked me🤣😂 Corporate needs to have a firm talk with the General manager as well as Shift Leader's regarding de-escalation and customer service.

There's an old hag that works here that accused me of trying to steal soda when I was only trying to fill up my cup with ice so I could put my soda from the cat in it an normally I'm understanding due to people stealing soda or what not but this lady was watching me an seen I dumped out my water an was pushing the ice button then wanted to get all loud an try an call me out on something I was not doing so of course I put her in her place but beware of the old hag with long hair with a haggy face 😅

They have terrible customer service. Also they cussed at me on the speaker while ordering in the morning getting me my daughter breakfast before school because I changed my mind on my order. I recommend not ordering from here
