We’re not loving it
I tried the new kiosk order station.
It was a little confusing. Took about 5 minutes to complete order.
While eating, I noticed a female customer rinsing her hands at the drink station. The restroom was just 50 feet away. I don't know why security was there. They weren't doing much.

McDonald's offers convenient service through their app, allowing customers to order ahead and take advantage of great deals. The app seems to benefit both customers and employees, leading to pleasant experiences. The drive-thru staff provide excellent customer service, making visits to McDonald's an enjoyable experience. The staff are awesome for the most part, and the orders come out right more often than most McDonald's. The move to digital has affected their customer service, but the staff are nice when you can get their attention.
