Ok, for a space shared with a gas station. Service is typically slow even during off peak times. Bun seemed a bit stale even though my burger was customized. Thankfully, the ? were fresh and hot.

I did mobile pickup, so atmosphere is negligible for this review.
As for food, same quality you would expect from any McDonalds.
Service was quick, didn't have to go sit in the parking lot like other McDonalds, had my order ready immediately.
