If you're in Sacramento and craving pizza, you absolutely need to check out Mountain Mike's Pizza on S Street - this is definitely one of my go-to pizza spots! Located right in the heart of Midtown, this place is super convenient and within walking distance of so many of my favorite local spots. Whether I'm grabbing a slice before heading to a nearby pub or just enjoying a chill night out with friends, it's the perfect spot.
As for the pizza... they really get it right every single time. They've got all the classic pies you'd expect - like the Everest, which is my personal favorite (loaded with meats and flavor), and of course the traditional pepperoni if you're in the mood for something simple but delicious. But no matter what you order here, it's always cooked to perfection. The crust, the sauce, the cheese... it all hits just right!
The staff here is super accommodating, which is another reason I keep coming back. Need your pizza a little well-done? No problem. Want to swap out toppings? They’ve got you. Want half of one pizza, half of another? Easy. They’ll even help you apply any coupons to save you some money! I usually grab my pizza for take-out, but the seating area is also pretty spacious and comfortable if you decide to stay in. Plus, they've got TVs playing sports, which is always a nice touch.

State worker and this place is in my regular rotation for lunch. I like it’s Halal because the quality shows in the food. I get the buffet and the salad has always been fresh and the pizza is a good variety and hot and fresh for the lunch buffet. Mountain Mikes is a good spot because they don’t skimp on the pizza toppings.
The buffet without a soda is under $16 which in this day and age and the alternatives in the area is a really solid deal for the amount of food you get and the quality.

Mt. Everest is my favorite pizza. Service is average. Location is cool because you can reserve for a party or just go and watch a game. They just need to clean the tables faster.

Ordered through GrubHhub. They sent the wrong order and when I called they said my pizza was there and I could come get it. Otherwise not their problem call Grubhub. In no way would they try to fix it.

i am very disappointed with the service .The girl who is taking the order is very rude . she disrespects me alot . she is very aggressive. when i am ordering the pizza she is not attending me with full of attention she is very busy with talking to guy . she didn’t take my order she is ignoring so that’s why i feel very disrespectful.

Arrived to pick it up two minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be ready. Checked out and was told it would be out in a few minutes.
15 minutes later, I asked for a status update, said that it would be right out.
Another 15 minutes later and I'm told it will be out in 4 minutes.
After all the delays, got the pizza home and was very underwhelmed by the quality. Recommend trying Delish pizza - much better service and value for your dollar.

I ordered linguica, sausage, and black olives. The toppings of meat were so skimpy that there might have been 1 piece of meat to every 3rd slice of pizza. For $45, it was the worst pizza ever. Whoever was working in the morning on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 should be fired. I pretty much paid top dollar for an olive pizza.
