Ninja Sushi serves excellent food with fast service and is a "if you know, you know" spot in Sacramento. Their sushi rolls are fresh, huge, and nicely prepared, with warm rolls warm and cold rolls cold. The moon rolls are a favorite, and the Five Star roll or Kamikaze roll are recommended for a kick of spice. The chef is amazing and creates delicious works of art, and the owner is friendly and fun. The waitress was kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They have the best sashimi in town; the fish is so fresh, moist, and delicious. The restaurant is understated and a great option for takeout or dine-in.
