Amazing vegetarian restaurant in Sacramento, if I'm anywhere nearby I would love to stop here. I highly recommend checking it out, vegetarian or not!!

This restaurant was so good. We weren’t sure about it, based on location, but reviews were good so we decided to try it. I was blown away by the warm and welcoming service and the food was outstanding. Forgot to take pics to share but we will definitely will be back.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I was surprised by the high quality of the fake meat. While I think the price is a bit steep for the quantity, I believe the price is fair since vegetarian foods likely include a technology fee. I thought the wheat noodles were overcooked and too soft, but I don't think high-quality wheat noodles are common in the US.

Stopped by on way home from the airport. Service was friendly and food was delicious. The mushu-mushu was one of the best things I’ve ever had.

The food is very good, although many of the dishes can be a tad bit too sweet. Also pricey

Best vegan place in Sacramento, we’ve been coming here for 10 years. We would drive 40 minutes to get their Pho during rainy winter weather when you just crave hot soup.

We visited this restaurant with my husband and our 5-year-old son, and from the very first moment we felt so warmly welcomed. We were immediately offered ice water, given menus, and taken care of by a wonderful and attentive server.

Although we didn’t realize beforehand that this was a vegetarian restaurant and eventually had to leave without ordering, the way the staff handled the situation was so kind and understanding. They made us feel completely comfortable, saying it was no problem at all.

The place itself is very clean, cozy, and pleasant, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even though we didn’t stay to eat, we left with such a positive impression thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Thank you so much! We will definitely recommend Noble Vegetarian to our friends who love vegetarian food. 🌿💚

I'm a meat eater, but sometimes I want a refreshing veggie meal. This was the BEST place for me! I got the appetizer that was veggies in a rice paper wrap (forgot the name) and vermicelli with barbecue style tofu. Unbelievably yummy. Service was laid back yet attentive. I plan to go back tomorrow for more!

We don't live locally but always try to visit when possible. Favorites are the mushu mushu, Thai fried rice, curry potatoes, and lucky chow mein. Staff are always kind and helpful.

Can't go wrong with the tuna sandwich here. Very unassuming little joint.
